There are generally two types of gas powered RC cars. By far the most popular are remote control cars that run on nitro fuel.  This is not the same gas as you would put in your car, but rather it’s a mixture of methanol, nitromethane, and oil.  The true gas powered rc car is rare. They are larger, more expensive, and require a lot of space to operate effectively.
Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec 3.3 Gas Powered RC Car

CEN CT4S RC Car
The CEN CT4S is one of the fastest gas powered remote control cars on the market.  Out of the box, the CEN CT4S is one of only a few rc cars that can break 70mph.  With its race-ready chassis and suspension, this car will run just as well on the racing track as it will in a parking lot or on your street.
Team Associated Nitro TC3
The Team Associated Nitro TC3 gas powered rc car is another great car. Extremely user friendly, this car races great! It comes with a revised rear suspension and handling capabilities. You can easily choose your power preferences with various engine and power pack locations.  And adjustable gears make it possible to adjust the vehicle for use on a variety of different tracks.
